Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Operator to join our team at ONxpress Operations Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building systems, including equipment, controls, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate in building operation or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
  • Building operator certificate.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including equipment, controls, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
