Our Parking Regulation Officers are tasked with upholding parking policies on designated properties.We are currently seeking candidates for a PART TIME role.
Work Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday: 07:00 AM to 3:00 PM each week
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols and generate detailed reports and memos regarding all incidents. Enforce parking policies by monitoring assigned areas, issuing warnings and/or violation notices as per enforcement guidelines, and guiding parkers to suitable parking locations. Deliver outstanding customer service, representing the parking division effectively. Communicate various parking services clearly and assist parkers as needed. Perform vacant stall counts at different times to assess traffic flow and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Collect parking fees from automated payment systems. Maintain and replenish change and paper supplies in automated payment machines and clean equipment as necessary. Execute minor maintenance on equipment within the scope of practice. Report any equipment malfunctions to the relevant services for prompt technical support. During patrols, identify infrastructure repair needs, parking lot hazards, and incidents, reporting them to the appropriate services in a timely manner. Provide escort services for staff to the cash reconciliation center at the end of shifts. Respond to and initiate radio dispatch communications regarding parking violations and concerns. Job Requirements:
Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record. Standard Level C First Aid training is advantageous. Proficient in English, capable of reading and understanding written regulations, orders, and instructions, and able to write clear reports. Ability to make swift decisions in emergency situations with minimal oversight. Physically capable of walking extensive distances throughout the day. Ability to manage confidential information with a high degree of discretion. Previous experience in parking enforcement is a plus but not mandatory.

High School Diploma or GED
Certification Requirements:
Valid Class 5 License
