- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Assist in the display of merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of cash handling and reconciliation skills.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, and participate in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail sales environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Bilingual (English and French).
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32-40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods.
