About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to spearhead major change initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational improvements, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy, aligning with our organization's strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of transformation projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan to keep key stakeholders informed of progress, successes, and potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence, continuously assessing the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and recommending adjustments to sustain improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information technology, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Proven experience in project management, including managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies.
  • High proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications.
  • Change Management Certification is a plus.
