Key Responsibilities- Client Servicing: Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Client Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage client meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented.
- Communication and Documentation: Review and follow up on client communication and documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to advisors and other team members, as needed.
- Escalation and Resolution: Escalate client matters in a timely manner, as warranted by the situation, and work with the team to resolve any issues.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve pre-defined retention, client happiness, and growth targets.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other duties as required, and responsibilities may change from time to time.
- Experience: 2 years in an advisor/client support role in a financial services/insurance firm.
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or other related discipline. Completion of or working towards completion of the IFIC, CSC, and/or CPH is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent client service skills, organizational skills, time management, and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Office365, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Intermediate knowledge of Univeris, Plan Plus, iMost, Croesus, NetRep, and NBCN is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $41,400 - $55,900 annually, plus additional variable compensation components of our total compensation package.
