About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Epic IT Security Ltd. as a Technical Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development and operations, to ensure seamless technical support.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior team members and clients on technical topics.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a security-focused environment.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software, including security protocols and best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
