Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team at Pixel Pop Media Services LTD. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Summary:

The Help Desk Technician will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties with our products and services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical guidance and support, and escalating complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
