Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team at Epic IT Security Ltd.

Job Summary

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
