Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at MS DRYWALL LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and Submit Budget Estimates: Develop and submit accurate budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support construction projects.
  • Oversee Data Analysis: Analyze data and information to inform construction project decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project coordination.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, team player, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Construction Project Coordinator will work under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and a team player.
