We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to join our team at Tank WW. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands and developing innovative campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop original ideas and campaigns that meet the strategic objectives of our clients.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Supervise and approve the visual aspects of campaigns, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, including their values, target audiences, and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design and creative strategy.
- Participate in new business development and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
Requirements:
- Diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office 365.
