Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized deli and hot food department, restocking shelves and rotating products as needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
- Participate in visual merchandising and product displays to drive sales and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong product knowledge and merchandising skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
