Your Role as Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will work with a small team to build beautiful product displays and provide an exceptional in-bakery experience to our customers. You will also be responsible for learning about our products and sales techniques, as well as assisting with baking and preparing pastries, scones, pizzas, and more.

Requirements
  • Provide great customer service and quality products
  • Have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and passion for learning
  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and take pride in your work
  • Enjoy teamwork and creating a safe and productive workplace
  • Be committed to your own development and that of your team
  • Relevant retail experience is desirable, but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Continuous standing and walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands, with occasional forceful gripping
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 10kg and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
  • Frequent bending, turning, and reaching above and/or below shoulder level
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending
