Your Role as Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a small team responsible for building beautiful product displays and providing an excellent in-bakery experience to our customers. You will work closely with your team to maintain a clean and organized bakery, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain attractive product displays
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized bakery
  • Learn about our products and sales techniques to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Participate in baking and preparing pastries, scones, pizzas, and other products

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality products
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and passion for learning
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and pride in a job well done
  • Love of teamwork and creating a safe and productive work environment
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Relevant retail experience is an asset, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Continuous standing and walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands, with occasional forceful gripping
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 10kg and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
  • Frequent bending, turning, and reaching above and/or below shoulder level
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending
