Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills

- Team player
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
