Redhead Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Product Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the areas of parts, service, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Travel to assigned territories to meet with customers and provide support for their parts and service needs.
  • Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide superior customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agricultural and/or Construction GPS technology and other relevant product lines.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Previous sales, parts, or service experience is highly desirable.
