Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our R&D team at Umano Medical.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and lead product risk management activities, ensuring compliance with IEC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement verification and validation strategies, ensuring product reliability and quality.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing engineering team to ensure efficient production transfer and quality control.
  • Act as a leader in the approval of new products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in design reviews and customer investigations, providing expert quality assurance guidance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in quality and product development.
  • Knowledge of IEC standards and Resna SS-1 (an asset).
  • Rigor and curiosity.
  • Good communication skills in French and English.
