Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Desjardins, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our business solutions. You will design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade, and test our computer networks, management systems, programs, and database servers to meet the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development of a quality assurance strategy for targeted teams.
  • Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to support testing phases, implementation strategies, quality assurance testing, decision-making, and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices.
  • Analyze risks, write reports, propose solutions, and make recommendations. Provide advice on how to implement recommendations.
  • Prepare and recommend action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
  • Actively help develop, implement, and update management policies, practices, and standards.
