About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Tony Solid Cleaning Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, assisting them in performing their duties and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
