About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Tony Solid Cleaning Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Site Supervision

Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the site is maintained in a clean and safe condition.

Quality Control

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance activities are being carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations.

Service Recommendations

Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain the site, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Support and Guidance

Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their duties effectively.

Work Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance activities are completed on time and to a high standard.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
