Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service in a safe and hygienic environment.

Employment Details
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Establish work schedules for the team.
Supervision
  • Manage a team of 3-4 light duty cleaners.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Capability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
