Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with friendly and professional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process transactions, including cash handling, credit card payments, and lottery sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the customer service desk and surrounding areas.
  • Assist other departments and functions as required, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Partial high school education or equivalent.
  • No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Physical Demands

  • May be required to lift up to 50lbs, with two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical work, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and sanitation and cleaning chemicals.
