Job Summary:
- Evaluate daily operations and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Supervise a team of over 20 people and ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms is also an essential part of this role.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we always have the right products in stock.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and work with customers to resolve any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams that drive business results.
- Operations Management: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports and related forms.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we always have the right products in stock.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and work with customers to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word is required.
- Safe Food Handling certificate and First Aid Certificate are mandatory.
