Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Jack Astor's. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to provide exceptional customer service, managing the front of house operations, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate the front of house team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
