Duties and Responsibilities

As a Front of House Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to lead our team to provide exceptional food quality, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service. You will develop leadership skills, coach and lead our team, learn and manage financials, and live and teach our values and promises.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of previous restaurant management or supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, comfort with computers and new software, and strong math and analytical skills. Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification are assets.
