Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Operations Leader, you will oversee production personnel and engage in various administrative functions related to manufacturing processes. Your role will include:
- Enhancing and maintaining performance in areas such as safety, quality, service, productivity, inventory accuracy, GMP/housekeeping, yields, cost management, process optimization, and HAACP.
- Managing employee performance through development initiatives, training programs, coaching, and necessary corrective measures.
- Identifying safety risks and implementing effective control measures.
- Coordinating maintenance tasks with the Production Planner and team members during shifts.
- Driving plant cleanliness to ensure the production facility remains audit-ready at all times.
A minimum of three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical sector, is required. You will benefit from a comprehensive training program during onboarding and throughout your career with us.
