At INVISTA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 direct reports and ensuring a safe and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a culture of teamwork and open communication within the team.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Work closely with other leaders to ensure effective transitions between teams and shifts.
  • Identify and address performance gaps within the team and develop improvement plans to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading/supervising a team in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts as required.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical or technology discipline (i.e. Maintenance, Welding, etc).
