Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
  2. Perform routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
  3. Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
  4. Maintain logs and records of units produced.
  5. Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
  6. Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
  7. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  8. Follow safety regulations.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience

Typically possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills
  1. Follow directions and work well in a team.
  2. Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
  3. Solid understanding of the production equipment.
