We are seeking a talented Senior Game Designer to contribute to our innovative projects at zeroG - AI in Aviation. If you have a strong enthusiasm for Turn-Based Tactical RPGs and are eager to play a pivotal role in crafting engaging gaming experiences, this position may be ideal for you.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and the Design Team to create exceptional gaming content. Your skills will be vital in influencing various elements of our games, ensuring we uphold our esteemed reputation for delivering successful Tactical RPGs.

This position provides an opportunity to work within a vibrant and committed team, aiming to establish itself as a frontrunner in the gaming sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overseeing game design components effectively
  • Articulating concepts clearly with team members and stakeholders
  • Assessing features and tools while adapting to project requirements
  • Encouraging team development and offering mentorship
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks
REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrated experience in the Games Industry
  • Prior experience as a Senior Game Designer on a significant title
  • Comprehensive understanding of Game Design throughout production stages
  • Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
  • Capability to make prompt and effective decisions under pressure
  • Experience in player-focused design and tutorials
PREFERABLE SKILLS
  • Expertise in Game UI/UX Design
  • Familiarity with Turn-Based Tactical RPGs and Unity
  • Previous experience in leadership or mentoring positions
