About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Galway Coffee Inc. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with a smile.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food items to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are visually appealing and meet our quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting each other to meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
