Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 90271 Newfoundland & Labrador Ltd. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive dining experience.
    • Take orders and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
