We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at MADINA GROCER AND HALAL MEAT INC. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Trimming Meat: Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
- Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to our company's quality standards.
- Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats, ensuring they are presented attractively and safely.
- Meat Sales: Weigh and price meat products, providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders, such as grinding meats or preparing custom cuts, to meet our customers' needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Environment: Our store environment can be physically demanding, with exposure to odours.
- Work Setting: Our store is a supermarket/grocery store, providing a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Personal Suitability: We are looking for individuals who are accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, and team players.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
