We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at MADINA GROCER AND HALAL MEAT INC. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Trimming Meat: Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat for sale, adhering to company guidelines.
- Packaging and Weighing: Wrap and package prepared meats, and weigh meats for sale to ensure accuracy.
- Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, meeting their specific needs and preferences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced supermarket environment, exposed to odours.
- Work Setting: Supermarket/grocery store setting.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, initiative, organized, reliable, and a team player.
