Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kugar International Ventures Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing the office budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other staff members on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
