Your expertise will ensure that critical infrastructure, such as haul roads, water management systems, and power distribution, is seamlessly integrated into our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure solutions that support our global mining projects;

* Develop and refine infrastructure designs, adhering to industry best practices and project needs;

* Provide technical guidance in the planning and execution of infrastructure components for mining projects;

* Utilize engineering software and methodologies to create accurate and reliable infrastructure models;

* Conduct site assessments and due diligence to inform infrastructure planning and design;

* Stay updated with advancements in mining infrastructure technology, applying innovative solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical, or related field);

* Extensive experience in mining infrastructure design and development, particularly for underground and open pit operations;

* Solid understanding of the relationships between mining operations, infrastructure systems, and environmental considerations;

* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through various project phases;

* Significant skills in stakeholder management and relevant experience with delivering complex infrastructure projects;

* Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools;

* Advanced communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely;

* Autonomous, methodical, and collaborative with a proactive problem-solving approach;

* High organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects;

* Excellent command of English, as this is an international position. Knowledge of Russian is an asset.

Language: English (advanced). Knowledge of another language such as Spanish, French, German or Italian is an asset.

Travel: Candidates should be open to domestic and international travel, approximately 20% of the time, and comfortable working with colleagues across different time zones.

You must be eligible to work in Canada or Australia in order to be considered.
