Your Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Development Manager will effectively lead and inspire Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet individual sales and opportunity generation targets.
  • They must also evaluate, monitor, and hold SDRs accountable for their performance while exemplifying leadership.
  • This role involves mentoring each SDR individually, fostering a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team environment, and overseeing pipeline management, conversion rates, and achievement of quotas and forecasts.
  • Assess sales activities and forecasts to gauge sales progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Demand Generation team to ensure effective follow-up on leads to create sales opportunities.
  • Communicate outcomes and adapt strategies based on changing business requirements, providing detailed reports on lead flow and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Guide and coach a team of SDRs to enhance their sales competencies, including vertical market knowledge, forecasting, prospecting, and other essential skills, while maintaining individual accountability to objectives.
  • Work with each SDR to develop and execute business/sales plans aimed at achieving sales quotas and identify opportunities for training and professional development within the department.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and/or sales development, ideally in a role focused on selling SaaS/Cloud Applications Software at the Enterprise level.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a readiness to establish new processes.
  • A passion for a dynamic work environment, coupled with basic technical knowledge of modern SaaS applications, IT systems, and infrastructure.
