Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and use this knowledge to inform our sales strategy and approach
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
