Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DP Store 18 LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor food and service quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory and operational decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide our team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- Standing for extended periods to supervise and assist with food preparation and service.
- Client focus to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
