Winter Term Merchandise Operations Analyst Co-op

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Operations Analyst Co-op to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the analysis and reporting of merchandise data.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain department reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Data Analyst team to develop efficient reporting solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting errors and issues with existing reporting and RPA output logs.
- Participate in special projects and establish strong partnerships with various areas of Merchandising.
- Currently pursuing a College Diploma or University degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated business reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative statistical data.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage, and multi-task with limited supervision.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
