Technical Sales Representative, Municipal Markets Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at John Brooks Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional field technical sales support to customers in the municipal market.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-quality field technical sales support to customers for pump products and systems
- Identify and pursue service and replacement equipment opportunities at treatment plants and lift stations
- Prospect and generate new equipment sales opportunities and leads
- Establish and maintain professional business relationships with new and existing customers
- Service existing customers and grow new territory
- Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions and presentations to consultants and end-users
- Manage CRM and participate in joint calls with management, suppliers, and other division representatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years' outside sales experience in municipal products
- Experience working with municipal customers
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of municipal processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office
- Valid driver's license
