As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch field technical sales support to customers in the municipal market, focusing on pump products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide field technical sales support to customers, including product demonstrations and training sessions
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including service and replacement equipment sales
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including municipal consultants, municipalities, and water treatment plants
- Manage CRM software to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
- Participate in joint calls with management, suppliers, and other division representatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years' outside sales experience in municipal products
- Experience working with municipal customers and understanding of municipal processes
- Strong technical aptitude and hunter mindset
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with CRM software and MS Office
