About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Special Touch Landscaping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Team Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
    • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and project updates.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
