Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe and aesthetically pleasing for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and repairs.
  • Plan and direct the work of a team of groundskeepers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of materials and labor.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of grounds maintenance with other operational activities.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
