Job Title: Groundskeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team at Patara Orchards. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and landscaping.
  • Supervise a team of groundskeepers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including logs and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of grounds maintenance with other facility operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
