Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Kerry's Place Autism Services Clinical team, the Clinical Therapist plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. This position involves providing high-quality clinical support and ensuring effective service delivery under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mission Alignment: Actively support the mission, vision, and values of Kerry's Place through professional conduct and adherence to policies.
  • Clinical Service Delivery: Ensure that all clinical services comply with established Quality Assurance Measures and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with families, partner organizations, and interdisciplinary professionals to enhance service integration.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis: Utilize ABA principles to design and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all individuals receiving support, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Supervisor to develop and monitor behavior support plans and protocols.
  • Team Participation: Engage in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain certifications in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and First Aid/CPR.

Working Conditions:
This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and may involve travel. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are necessary.
