- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
- Engage in marketing strategies and their execution.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong client focus and service orientation.
- Reliability and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
