La TD recherche un Associate de l'expérience client pour rejoindre son équipe de professionnels de la banque. En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous contribuerez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle à nos clients.

Compétences et responsabilités:

  • Service client: Créer une expérience client exceptionnelle avec chaque interaction client et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client globale de la succursale par le service et les conseils.
  • Transactions financières: Effectuer un large éventail de transactions financières (par exemple, dépôts, retraits, paiements de factures et/ou autres transactions, selon les besoins) de manière précise et efficace.
  • Conseils et résolution de problèmes: Aider à répondre et à résoudre les préoccupations des clients, en les escaladant lorsque nécessaire.
  • Identification des besoins des clients: Identifier les besoins des clients et déterminer des solutions pour les problèmes des clients, et ouvrir un certain nombre limité de produits et/ou services pour les clients.

Exigences:

  • Éducation et expérience: Diplôme d'études secondaires et/ou 1+ an d'expérience pertinente.
  • Formation et développement: Participer à des activités de perfectionnement et de développement personnels, y compris la formation croisée au sein de l'équipe.
