Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel sales, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed, maintaining a safe and clean store environment
  • Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, driving sales and engagement
  • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
Requirements
  • A positive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information
  • The ability to lift 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
