We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of store standards, including customer service, department readiness, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Service:

  • Drive customer satisfaction and associate engagement through effective communication and coaching.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high-level service standards are met.
  • Monitor customer flow and take corrective action to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

People:

  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Recognize and reward associates for their outstanding performance and contributions.
  • Participate in talent planning and hiring processes to ensure a strong and diverse team.

Manager on Duty:

  • Lead store kickoff meetings to ensure store readiness and set priorities.
  • Perform opening, closing, and MOD tasks to ensure a smooth store operation.
  • Validate store priorities and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Review upcoming events and promotions to take necessary action and ensure a successful store experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Whole store management experience in a retail environment.
  • Big box retail background with experience in home improvement.
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry and its trends.
