Job Summary:

The Rehabilitation Service Worker will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, and providing support services to clients in a mental health institution, facility, or clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' needs and develop specialized rehabilitation programs
  • Provide support services to clients, including housekeeping activities, food preparation, and conflict resolution
  • Implement behavior management programs and conduct individual and group counseling sessions
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs and provide feedback to clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, and provide transportation as needed
Requirements:
  • Developmental services worker (DSW) Training
  • Mandt System training
  • Mental health first aid Certificate
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
  • Medication Administration Certificate

Work Environment:
