Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing will spearhead the formulation and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to fulfill our organizational objectives. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing all facets of sales and marketing, including market research, brand enhancement, sales operations, and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

Formulating and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to align with the company's goals, including the creation of pricing structures. Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales and marketing teams to drive exceptional performance and productivity. Conducting market research and analysis to uncover opportunities for new developments. Providing insights on unit configurations, exterior and interior design, and layout for new projects. Monitoring and evaluating sales performance metrics. Participating in strategic discussions, contributing to the company's direction. Overseeing the customer experience process to ensure all clients receive a superior experience. Cultivating relationships with the realtor network and various service providers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership and marketing experience within the real estate sector. A positive, organized, and strategically oriented mindset is essential, along with the capability to lead large teams and manage long-term projects. A thorough understanding of budgets and project costs, the ability to adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and familiarity with contemporary marketing strategies are crucial. Exceptional leadership abilities, along with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members, are required. Creativity in content and design, paired with outstanding customer service skills, is also essential.
